三维非规则冲压件的回弹相对扭转补偿控制研究

摘    要:针对一类特殊的不易找到对准基准的三维非规则冲压件进行回弹相对扭转补偿控制研究。在截面间运用惯性主轴向量的转角变化评价了截面的相互关系,用DTF方法建立起数值模拟扭转角偏差与实际扭转角偏差的传递函数,把此传递函数用于其它模具型面的设计中。最后把此方法运用到螺旋叶片板的成形控制中,使叶片板零件整体空间扭转误差控制在5%之内,保证了整体焊接时相邻叶片板相接面的质量,有效满足了整体叶片板焊接安装要求,具有较高的应用价值。

Abstract:The springback torsion evaluation and compensation control for some multi-curvature product was proposed. In order to define the relative relationship of each section,the relative principle axis angle was calculated after each inertia principle axis direction of each important section was defined. Based on DTF method, the transfer function between numerical and experiment angle deviation could be got and used to predict another die face. Moreover, the method was used to spiral blade sheet forming, causing the torsion error control under 5% and solving the difficult problem that the torsion springbck was too serious to be installed smoothly.
