摘    要:电极因素(材料、直径及端部形状)是TIG焊的一个重要工艺因素,对电弧的导电特征,电磁压缩效果及等离子流的形态具有决定性的作用。采用不同的电极因素,电弧形态、电弧电压以及电弧能量场和压力场的分布表现出明显的差异,因而电极因素对于TIG弧的焊接工艺性(如电弧的稳定性、焊缝的形状特征、对工件的净化作用、交流弧的直流分量以及电极的损耗量等)具有重要的影响。本文采用多种测试手段,在不同电极因素条件下,对TIG弧的物理特性及焊接工艺性进行了系统的试验研究,对各种电极因素的影响规律进行了探讨,并作了初步评定。此外,还对电极因素与其它工艺参数的合理匹配提出了建议。

Abstract:The electrode factors,such ax material type,diameter and tip shape,are of greatimportance to TIG Welding,which have considerable influence on the electroconductive feature,the electromagnetic compression effect and the plasma stream formation.There are evident dif-ferences in arc shape,its voltage, as well as the distributions of arc current,energy and pressurefields for different electrode factors.Therefore,the electrode factors have marked effects on thetechnological characteristics for TIG welding,such as the arc stability,the weld configu ration,the cleaning action on workpiece,the D.C.component for A.C.arc and the electrode corlsumption.In this paper,by means of various iostrumentation methods,the physical and tech nlogicalcharacteristics of TIG arc are examined in different electrodc factors,the influential regularity isdiscussed,and an evaluation for electrode factors is given.In addition,the matching requirementsbetween electrode factors and the other parameters are suggested.
