摘    要:为解决矿用人车平顺性较差的问题,提出一种基于平顺性评价指标的悬架参数匹配方法。通过悬架系统非线性动力学模型,分析悬架刚度、阻尼、缓冲块刚度和间隙对平顺性的影响,以随机路面下1/3倍频带加权加速度均方根值和脉冲激励下车身最大加速度响应作为评价指标,兼顾悬架动载荷的标准差和动挠度,分别在随机输入下进行悬架刚度和阻尼匹配,在脉冲输入下进行缓冲块刚度和间隙匹配。通过改进前和改进后的对比试验,证明了合理匹配后的悬架能够很大程度降低车身加权加速度值,改善车辆在随机路面和脉冲激励下的行驶平顺性。

Abstract:To solve the problem of mine car poor ride comfort, a suspension parameter matching method is put forward. According to the suspension system nonlinear dynamic model, the influences of suspension stiffness, damping, buffer block stiffness and clearance on vehicle ride comfort are analyzed and discussed. The main evaluation indexes include the weighted root mean square (RMS) acceleration in one third octave frequency band on the random input road surface and the maximum acceleration response (MAR) on the pulse input road surface, and the standard deviation of suspension dynamic load and dynamic deflection are also considered. The match of suspension stiffness and damping on the random road and the match of buffer block stiffness and clearance on the pulse road are respectively conducted. The comparison test results show that the improved suspension can greatly reduce the weighted RMS acceleration and improve the vehicle ride comfort on the random road and the pulse road.
