Reconsidering of the urban rebuilding theory and practice of China

In the paper, the urban rebuilding lessons and experience of China and some western countries are analyzed and reconsidered. It is thought that the urban rebuilding problem of China has its own particularity,so the influence of globalization,industrialization and the market economy should be treated properly in the current urban rebuilding theory and practice of China,the mode of urban rebuilding,the policy and the system of laws and regulations should conform to the situation in China,and the concept of sustainable development and the principle of humanism shall be insisted on in the urban rebuilding of China.
