摘    要:针对航载高速弹性输送机械手在试验中出现的疲劳破坏情况,首次综合考虑机械手的外部斜碰撞和运动副间隙引起的内部碰撞,采用非线性弹簧和非线性阻尼描述碰撞过程,结合有限元方法建立了动力学模型,通过数值仿真,求得了关键截面的应力谱,计算出了疲劳寿命;计算值与试验结果比较吻合,验证了所建模型的正确性.

Abstract:To analyze the aeronautic high-speed elastic transporting maniplator fatigue in the experiment , this paper firstly takes account of the external oblique impact and inner contact resulting from a joint with clearance. Nonlinear spring and damper formulations are adopted to model the resulting reaction force between contact objects, then based on the finite element method, a dynamic model is established. By means of numerical simulations, the stress chart of dangerous sectional and fatigue life are investigated. The value of the fatigue life caculated is in accord with the experiment result.
