| 摘 要： | 文章分析了高等职业教育的性质、人才培养模式和目标以及在高职教育中"双师型"教师的地位与作用,"双师型"教师应具备的基本条件与素质.针对高职教育和"双师型"教师队伍建设面临的问题与困难,探讨了发展高职教育、加强"双师型"教师队伍建设的主要措施与对策.
