学习联盟中防范机会主义机制的博弈分析

多数文献都把学习联盟中的价值创造与防范机会主义的治理机制问题分开来进行研究。利用动态博弈的方法，本文发现，学习联盟的价值创造活动中隐含着一种具有自我执行特点的治理机制，其特点是，通过联盟成员的资源的互补性和两种类型的学习能力之间的关系所具有的承诺作用，该治理机制就可有效地防范学习联盟中可能发生的机会主义现象，从而就将价值创造与防范机会主义的研究统一起来了。

Game Analysis of Mechanisms Safeguarding against Opportunism in Learning Alliances

The value creation and governance mechanisms safeguarding against opportunistic behavior are studied separately in most literature on learning alliances.By the method of dynamic game,this paper finds that there exists a type of self-(enforcing) governance mechanism inherent in the value creation activities,which is characteristically based on the role of the commitments contained in the relationship among the complementarity of the partners' resources and two types of learning capacities,and by which the potential opportunistic behavior of alliance partners can be effectively safeguarded against,and thus the coincidence of the value creation and safeguards against opportunistic behavior can be realized.
