关于乌鲁木齐市环境应急能力建设的思考

在社会工业化加速发展的时期,环境承受的压力越来越大,突发性环境污染事故频频发生.开展应对环境污染事故的应急监测工作,加强环境应急能力建设,有着十分重要的意义.分析了乌鲁木齐市环境污染事故的特征,结合当前应急监测工作面临的形势和存在的问题,对乌鲁木齐市环境应急监测体系的优化建设作了初步探讨.

Considerations about the Construction of Environmental Emergency Response Capacity of Urumqi City

With the accelerated development of social industrialization,the pressure on the environment becomes heavier and heavier,which causes that the sudden environmental pollution accidents occur frequently.So,carrying out emergency monitoring for environmental pollution accidents and strengthening the construction of environmental emergency response capacity has very important significance.This paper analyzes the characteristics of environmental pollution accidents in Urumq City,and combining with the current situation of and the existing problems in the emergency monitoring work,this paper briefly discusses the optimization construction of environmental emergency monitoring system.
