航空发动机振动台振动测试实验系统的研发

摘    要:针对航空发动机振动测试的高速、高保真和测试项目多等特点,根据通用性、实用性的设计原则,在LabWindows/CVI虚拟仪器开发平台上,研制了航空发动机振动台振动测试实验系统。该系统能完成所要求的正弦振动实验、随机振动实验和冲击测量实验。对该系统进行振动测试考核,结果表明所研制的航空发动机振动测试实验系统达到了设计指标。进一步实验后,将在某发动机厂投入实际应用。

Abstract:Aimed at the high-speed,high fidelity,various in test item etc. characteristic of vibration test, based on the design principle of universal and utility, a vibration test experiment system based on virtual instrument of LabWindows/CVI is developed. The system can finished the required functions of sine vibration experiment,randomicity vibration experiment and impact measurement experiment. To examine the anti-vibration of the system, the results make out that the vibration test experiment system has achieved the guideline of the design. After a farther examination, it will put into the practical application in factory.
