单圆盘转子系统模糊动力可靠性设计研究

摘    要:研究了单圆盘转子系统动力学模型及其不平衡响应,以及相应的激振-固有频率分布干涉模型.从影响转子系统的固有频率和激振频率各因素的随机性及系统发生共振失效的模糊性出发,通过分析具体隶属函数的分布特性与转子实际运行状态的关系,推导出相应的隶属函数以及计算转子系统模糊动力可靠度的计算公式.算例验证了模糊可靠性设计在这一系统应用的有效性.

Abstract:A single-rotor system dynamic model as well as its dynamic response, together with the interference model of exciting-natural frequency was studied. From the randomness of influencing factors on both exciting frequency and natural frequency, and the fuzziness of resonance vibration failure in the single-rotor system, the corresponding membership function is deduced by analyzing the relationship between the distributing characteristics of the membership function and the system running state. The formulas employed to calculate fuzzy dynamic reliability of the system are also given. The applied validity of fuzzy reliability in this system is validated by a numerical example.
