| 摘 要： | 在振兴老工业基地的过程中,信息化技术的应用将发挥重要的作用.目前东北老工业基地在信息化进程中还存在诸多不足,因此,提高东北老工业基地信息化水平就成为当务之急.政府、企业、科技人员等要明确各自的职责所在,并充分发挥各自的优势,以共同促进东北老工业基地信息化水平的提升.

| Abstract: | It will play an important role in prospering Old Industrial Bases in north eastern parts of China. At present, these areas leave much to be desired when it comes to being kept informed. So it is urgent to raise their awareness of information. The government, enterprises, scientists and technicians must define their respective functions and bring their respective advantages into full play. |
