摘    要:以对羟基苯甲酸为模板分子,2-乙烯基吡啶为功能单体,在甲醇-水体系中制备了以对羟基苯甲酸为模板的分子印迹聚合物。通过高效液相色谱评价,该固定相对对羟基苯甲酸及其异构体分离效果良好。

Abstract:Molecularly imprinted polymer(MIP) was synthesized with salicylic acid as the template,2-vinypyidine as the functional monomer in methanol-water system and was evaluated by high efficient liquid chromatography.4-hydroxybenzoic acid and its analog were separated well with the prepared polymer as a stationary phase.
