摘    要:轧机油膜轴承的长寿可靠性,不单是轴承结构、流体润滑冷却、密封以及安装到位等自身问题.目前存在的规律性偏载难题,足以证明单靠油膜轴承自身结构是不可能的.适应空载的轧机辊系,在重载下的微尺度行为,完全破坏了辊系的静定条件而成为超静定辊系,导致无法维持支承辊辊颈和轴承座沿轴向均载的条件,亦即衬瓦和锥套外表面沿轴向不能保持等油膜厚度的自位条件,偏载是不可避免的.轧机辊系微尺度行为是规律性且可控的,非"随机现象".无键连接的弹性结合锥套也存在微尺度行为,等过盈弹性结合锥套可靠性低,必然导致频繁的粘结事故.

Abstract:The service life of oil film bearing is not only closely related with bearing structure, lubrication, seal and assemble but also with the load it bearing. The roll system is statically determinate when idling but statically in- determinate when charge, which destroys the axial uniform load condition of the neck of roll and bearing chock. The thickness of the oil film is uneven and partial load is unavoidable. The micro-dimensional behavior is not random but controllable. It exists in the elastic force joint of sleeve without key. The elastic force joint with even shrink range is unreliable, which will result in frequent occurrence of adhesion emergency.
