甲苯的硝酸-离子交换树脂硝化及动力学研究

摘    要:该文以硝酸-离子交换树酯作为硝化剂,对甲苯进行一段硝化,结果可以有效地降低邻硝基甲苯和对硝基甲苯之比(O/P)。文中给出了一组正交实验结果,在优化所得的反应条件下可以使O/P降至0.65。同时利用气相色谱研究了该体系在树脂表面所进行的固液催化反应动力学,并将实验所得的活化能数据与文献报道的混酸硝化体系中的值相比较,解释了该硝化体系中能使O/P下降的原因。

Abstract:In this article, by means of nitric acid and an ion-exchangeresin, O/P can be decreased effectively, the result of orthogonal experimentwas given,under the reaction condition of optimization decreased O/P as lowas 0. 65. With gas chromatography, it studied the kinetics of solid-liquidcatalytic reaction on the surface of the resin,compered the active energy ob-tained with that reported in the literature as to nitration with mixed acid,andexplained why O/P can be decreased in this system.
