| 摘 要： | 该文参照定常2-D系统的有关结果,进一步给出了2-D变系数Roesser模型(RM)的分离局部能控性和能观性定义,并对一类可分的2-D变系数RM,导出了相应的分离局部能控和分离局部能观的充要条件。

| Abstract: | The definitions of separately local controllability and observ-ability for 2 - D Roesser model (RM) with variable coefficients are intro-duced,and the corresponding necessary and sufficient conditions for the sepa-rately local controllability and observability of a class of separable 2 - D RMwith variable coefficients are derived. |
