摘    要:实验采用传统的碱提取多糖方法,并设计了4因素3水平正交试验对罗勒中多糖的得率进行了对比研究。考察了不同提取温度、料液比、提取时间等对多糖含量的影响,得到最佳的提取工艺是碱浓度1.0 mol.L-1,温度70℃,提取时间60 min以及料液比160,在此条件下测得罗勒中多糖含量为26.87%。

Abstract:In this experiment the traditional polysacehafide extracting method in alkali extraction was used, and tile four factors and three levels were designed in orthogonal experiment, examining the different material liquid extraction temperature, proportion, extracting time, etc. The best extraction technology is obtained which is alkali concentration 1.0 mol. L-1, temperature of 70℃, extracting time 60min and liquid materials of 1:60. In these conditions the basil of polysaceharide is 26.87%.
