摘    要:介绍了自行设计的能在大气环境中进行等离子体表面处理的实验装置,该装置具有结构简单,设备及运行费用低,实验条件严格可控,特别是在大气环境下能够对被处理材料方便地进行操作等特点,尤其适用于薄膜形材料工业化、连续性的等离子体表面处理.对电晕放电的机理也进行了理论上的探讨.

Abstract:It is introduced that a new experiment device was developed and designed by authors.The device is used for plasma surface treatment in atmosphere.The device has the advantages of structural simplicity,low input power,experiment conditions are easily controlled,and operating conveniently at one atmosphere.It fits especially to film plasma surface treatment continuously;and the corona discharge mechanism is discussed as well.
