换热器折流区域流路的传热分析及与逆流换热偏差的研究

摘    要:本文采用换热器壳程流路传热分析的方法,对换热器折流区域流路的传热进行了数学分析,并与纯逆流的换热过程作了对比。通过数学分析,对换热器折流区域的传热性能在不同的冷热流出口温度比例条件下较逆流换热过程性能偏离的程度得到了定量的结果,给出了在换热器中冷热流体在不同的换热任务时应该选择的折流区域与逆流区域的面积比例关系。揭示了现有换热器技术在结构大型化之后难以在单个换热器中完成冷热流体出口温度比例小于1换热的原因,并给出了大型换热器结构改进的有效途径。

Abstract:In this paper, the heat transfer of flow path in baffle flow area in the shell of heat exchanger was analyzed by using mathematics method and compared with that in countercurrent flow area .The results of deviation degree of heat transfer performance between baffle flow and countercurrent flow in different inverse proportion of outlet temperature between hot and cold flows had been obtained by mathematics analysis, and the proportional relationship between the heat transfer faces of baffle flow and countercurrent flow in different heat transfer conditions was proposed. The reason of difficulty to make the inverse proportion between outlet temperature of hot and cold flows less then 1 in single huge size heat exchanger which was formed with existing heat exchanger technique had been explained and the reform way of structure of heat exchanger was suggested.
