| Abstract: | Many people know Internet, its actions, and its significance in the world, but they do not know the supercomputer which deeply affects the future of the Internet, the rising generation Internet. They realize that it is far away from us.The supercomputer is the foundation of structuring ACI (Advanced Computing Infrastructure), and it is the foundation of building the rising generation Internet. This paper deals with the techniques of the supercomputer, how to build ACI and the rising generation Internet. New concepts, the developing situation at home and abroad,and the progress in the world are discussed. |
