| 摘 要： | 通过对宁夏南部山区生态环境建设限制因子的分析,认为“贫困型”的区域特征对该区生态建设具有很大的影响,而发展地方特色经济是缓解脱贫与生态环境建设之间矛盾的有效途径。

| Abstract: | Through the analysis of restricting factors about ecological environmental construction in the mountain area of southern Ningxia, discovers that its poverty-stricken regional economy affects its ecological environmental construction seriously and then puts forward an idea that to develop local economy is an effective measure to release the contradiction between poverty and ecological environmental construction. |
