| 摘 要： | 通过对腊莲绣球(Hydrangea strigosa)成熟的不育花与孕性花的比较解剖进行观察,结果表明,不育花的柱头细胞破碎丝状、花柱道细胞长矩形、细胞质松散稀少等特征与孕性花柱头细胞呈乳突状、细胞内含物丰富、花柱道细胞呈棒状、先端膨大、细胞质浓厚等特征存在显著差异,这可能是引起外缘辐射花不育的主要原因.两种类型花的子房壁、花丝结构和表皮毛的有无和多少也存在一定差异,但这些差异不是外缘花败育的主要因素.

| Abstract: | The comparative anatomy of the sterile flower and normal flower of Hydrangea strigosa is studied in this paper.The results show that the configuration and the cytoplasmic content of the chapiter and stylar canal cell have distinct difference between sterile flower and normal flower.The characters of the cell in chapiter are fragmentized and the cytoplasm sparsity in stylar canal cell is main diathesis for exterior sterile flowers in anthotaxy.On the other hand,the characters of the ovary wall and configurat... |
