顶空气相色谱法快速测定环境空气中的几种醇类化合物

摘    要:通过与液体直接进样气相色谱法的比较,摸索建立了顶空气相色谱快速分析环境空气中甲醇、乙醇、异丙醇的方法,并对实际样品进行了测定。三种常见醇类化合物的线性回归相关系数R值均大于0.999 5,检出限MDL为0.05-0.06 mg/m3,相对标准偏差RSD为1.7%-3.8%,实际样品回收率为80.6%-89.9%。

Abstract:By comparison with liquid-injecting chromatography,a method of headspace-gas chromatography for the determination of methanol,ethanol and isopropyl alcohol in ambient air has been established. The linear correlation coefficient is over0. 999 5,the limits are 0. 05 - 0. 06 mg /m3,The relative standard deviation of retention time and peak area is 1.7% - 3.8%,and the recoveries of three alcohols are 80. 6% - 89. 9%.
