摘    要:研究并提出一种利用液液萃取-高效液相色谱法测定城市污水处理厂尾水中的邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物的方法。水样中的微量邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物经萃取法富集,并利用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇/超纯水做流动相,对邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物含量进行定量分析。分析结果表明,城市污水厂尾水样品中三种邻苯二甲酸酯类物质的最低检出浓度为0.09-0.178μg/L,回收率为83.5%-104.2%;测定结果的相对标准偏差为2.67%-7.98%,标准曲线线性回归相关系数均大于0.999 8。检测结果表明,东莞市区八个城市污水处理厂尾水中邻苯二甲酸酯存在超标现象,需采取措施进一步降低其含量,消除其环境危害。

Abstract:This research establishes a method which tests the concentration of phthalate esters in tail water by using liquid-liquid extraction /High Performance Liquid Chromatography( HPLC). Trace concentration phthalates is concentrated and then analyzed by HPLC with 90% methanol / ultrapure water as flowing phase. The results show that the minimum detectable concentration of three phthalates is 0. 09 - 0. 178 μg /L and the recovery rate is 83. 5% - 104. 2%. RSD is 2. 67% - 7. 98%,and the standard curve R2 is over 0. 9998. The phthalate concentration exceeding of the standard is detected in the samples from eight municipal wastewater treatment plant in Dongguan. It also shows that some methods for reducing the phthalate content should be carried out to protect the environment.
