大型天线主反射面位姿调整机构设计

摘    要:本文提出一种大型天线主反射面的位姿调整机构,它将天线主反射面作为位姿调整机构的负载,按照一种特定的安装方式实现主天线面的固定支撑并通过伸缩运动实现单自由度平动的主动调整机构,主要包括滚珠丝杠、箱体组合、套筒组合、滑块组合和涡轮蜗杆等部分.其优点是结构刚度大、承载能力强、响应速度快、具有很高的传动精度和可靠性,通过借助蜗轮蜗杆的自锁特性来避免滚珠丝杠副的逆转,用以保证主反射面调整工作的稳定,能够实现天线主反射面的位姿调整和精度控制,补偿因重力变形和安装误差等因素导致的天线性能和指向的变化.

Abstract:This paper presents a position adjustment mechanism for large antenna main reflec- tor, And the antenna main reflector is the load of position adjustment mechanism. To achieve the fixed support for the main reflector and realize single degree freedom translation through the telescopic movement of the adjustment mechanism, the installation must be in accordance with a particular. Mainly, The adjustment mechanism includes the ball screw, box combina- tion, sleeve combination, slider and worm etc. Its advantages are high structural stiffness, strong bearing capacity, fast response speed, high transmission accuracy and reliability, It can avoid the reversing of ball screw s by using the self--locking characteristic of worm, to ensure the work stability of the main reflector adjustment, realize the pose adjustment and precision control of the antenna main reflector, and compensate the change of the performance and direction of the antenna caused by gravitational deformation and installation error.
