角膜活性评估方法综述

角膜内皮控制着角膜的水合作用与厚度,从而决定着角膜的透明度,所以无论哪一种角膜保存方法,都必须保证角膜内皮有较高的活性或细胞存活率.几十年来,随着角膜保存方法的发展,角膜内皮活性评估方法得到了较大的重视,并出现了许多方法,如简单实用的联合染色法等.本文对这些方法进行了较为全面的报道和简要的评论.

A REVIEW OF THE METHODS OF THE ASSESSMENT OF CORNEA VIABILITY

Corneal endothelium controls the hydration and thickness of corneas, .thus controls the transpanrency of corneas. So any method of cornea preservation must ensures that endothelium has high viability and high percentage of entact.endothelial cells. In the past several decades, with the development of methods of cornea preservation, emphasis has been given to the methods of assessment of corneal viability, and many methods, had been founded and used, such as the simple and useful method of combined staining. Brief introduction and comment are given in this paper.
