牙颈部龋坏修复临床研究

目的 通过临床实践研究牙颈部龋环的治疗方法.方法 采用保留患牙咬颌面原有形态,沿龋坏部位向颊舌侧制备洞型,用玻璃离子垫底,光敏树脂充填.结果 3 a后复查,成功率达95%.结论 采用保护患牙颌面治疗牙颈部龋坏,避免了通常在牙颌面制备洞型充填产生的早接触点、创伤颌、牙劈裂、充填材料脱落现象的发生,效果满意.

Clinical Research on Rehabilitation of Teeth Neck Caries

Objective The therapy method of the teeth neck caries was studied through clinic practices.Methods Protect the jaw surface of the ill tooth,make the hole through the caries areas to the side of cheek and tongue,and fill with photosensitive colophony with glass ion as cushion.Results The success percentage of the countercheck three years later reaches 95%.Conclusion The method of rehabilitating the teeth neck caries with protecting the jaw surface of the ill tooth has avoided the often-happening consequences of early touch points,injured jaw surfaces,teeth rupture and filling stuff breaking off mainly produced by making hole on the teeth jaw surface and has achieved satisfactory effects.
