| 摘 要： | 设计了一种粒状散料均匀定量运送系统，包括螺旋送料器的几何建模，以及基于应变传感器和可编程控制器PLC的送料装置计量模块．采用离散单元EDEM软件对粒状散料的送料均匀性进行仿真；并通过Matlab程序对同工况下的物料进行均匀性计算．结果表明，所设计系统的散料运送均匀满足要求，适合对同类物料的定量运送．

| Abstract: | A granular bulk material quantitative transprortation system is designed,including establishing the geometric model of the feeding screw and the transportation device computation module based on strain sensor and programmable control unit PLC. Discrete unit simulation software EDEM is used to simulate the uniformity of the transportation of the granular bulk ; and the Matlab is used to calculate the uniformity of the material in the same working condition. The result indicates that the uniformity of the transportation of the granular bulk of the designed system is suitable for the requirement. The system of the design is suitable for the quantitative transportation of the same type of granular bulk material. |
