摘    要:针对食品工艺学实验教学中存在的问题,从教学内容调整、教学方法与手段改革和考核体系等方面对应用型本科院校食品工艺学实验的教学改革进行了初步探讨,以期培养出适应社会主义市场经济建设需要的创新型高级食品科技人才。

Abstract:This study mainly discusses a teaching method for local applied university students based on author's experience, including the teaching content adjustment, teaching method reform and practical, evaluation system, which would help to cultivate the engineering experts with innovative spirits and practical ability.
