| 摘 要： | 本试验表明,石刁柏(芦笋)的离体繁殖与培养基中激素的种类和用量有密切关系.若在培养基中添加一定量的榔子汁,人参.蜂皇精.效果很好.采用此方法.既提高繁殖效率,又降低成本.方法简便可靠,但应注意掌握离体繁殖的其他条件.

| Abstract: | This experiment showed that the culture medium for in vitro propagation of Asparagus is closely related to the kinds and quantities of hornonused, when some coconut juice, ginseng and bee's queen honey rjolly (royal jelly) were added into the culture medium, the growtheccelerating efficiency is obvious. Not only can this method increase the propagating efficiency, but it can also cut down on the costs. However, other conditions for the in vitro propagation must also be handled carefully. |
