农药学创新型人才培养体系的构建与实践

摘    要:针对贵州省高端创新人才匮乏的现状以及农药学学科涉及多个学科门类、横跨从实验室基础理论创新到工厂生产一直到田间应用的多个环节、基础和应用结合紧密、工业转化和农业推广需求强烈的综合性交叉学科的特点,以培养高质量的农药学创新人才为目标,在农药学创新性人才培养的指导思想、教学理念、培养机制和培养模式、课程体系和教学内容、师资队伍建设、培养平台建设、产学研用人才培养基地建设、教学方法改革等方面进行了一系列的改革和实践,形成了"本硕博贯通、化生农一体、农理科分设、多学科融合"的人才培养体系建设指导思想,构建了"化生农一体、农理科分设、多学科融合"的农药学人才培养体系,大力推进了化学、生物学与农学学科的交融、渗透、协调发展。提出了"搭建平台引人才、项目纽带聚团队、基础应用同发展、面向产业重转化、示范推广助市场"的办学特色和人才培养核心理念,建立"高端人才指导,重大项目牵引,基础应用并重,工厂农田结合"的农药学创新人才培养机制,形成了特色鲜明、优势突出、涵盖新农药创制、农药开发与转化、农药环境安全、农药应用示范推广的完整学科体系和人才培养体系。

Abstract:Based on the status of lacking high--level creative talents in Guizhou Province and pesticide science is a comprehensive inter-discipline, which involves multi-disciplines, such as chemistry, biology, agriculture, computer science, etc. The innovation of pesticide starts from fundamental theoretical research, extents to industrialization, and finally ends at the application of agricultural production. Pesticide Science National Key-Discipline of Guizhou University launched a series of reform measures to improve teaching and training quality, which inclmte guiding idea, teaching principle, training mechanism, training method, cun'iculum system, teaching content, construction of teachers team, training platform, and the construction of government-industry-academy training base. A new guiding idea was established, which is "Seamless connection of Bachelor-Master-Doctor training system, intergrated knowledge at the surface of Chemistry-Biology-Agriculture, different training emphasis on agriculture or chemistry-biology, and the merge of multi-disciplines". At the same time, the core principle for high-level pesticide majored talents training was also proposed, which is "Attracting teaching talents by improving the platform, building science team through organizing important projects, simultaneously carrying out basic research as well as the industrialization and application development, exploiting market through application demonstration and promotion". And the new mechanism was built for training high-level innovative talent ma-jored in pesticide science, which is "Supervised by high-level teacher, intensively trained through important research project, trained at basic research and application level at the same time, practiced at both factory and ag- riculture field". Through these reform measures, a novel rounded pesticide science discipline and high-level tal ent training system with striking characteristics and strong advantages, covering the area of new pesticide innovation, pesticide development and industrialization, pesticide environmental safety, and pesticide application as well as demonstration, was built.
