基于生态文明的贵阳市土地利用效益协调性评价研究

为了了解贵阳市土地利用在大力建设生态文明背景下的效益状况和三效益之间的协调情况,以2003~2011年的土地利用变更数据为基础,从经济、社会和生态三方面选取了共35个指标建立土地利用效益协调性评价指标体系,根据协调度模型计算2003~2011年的协调度,并依据协调度划分标准,分析各年的协调程度。结果表明贵阳市2003~2011年土地利用的三效益整体上均呈增加趋势,在2008年达到平衡状态,土地利用效益的协调性从不协调状态逐步发展为极大协调状态。贵阳市近年来在"生态文明"的带动下,不再只盲目追求经济效益的增加,生态环境越来越受到重视,土地利用效益的发展逐步走向协调可持续状态。

Research on Evaluation of Coordination Degree of Land-use Efficiency in Guiyang City based on Ecological Civilization

To understand the status of land use efficiency and the coordination between the three benefits under the background of vigorously construction of ecological civilization in Guiyang and based on the data of land use from 2003 to 2011, this paper chosen a total of 35 indicators from economy, society and ecology, constructed e valuating indexes system of land use efficiency, calculated the coordination degree from 2003 to 2011 according to the coordination degree model, analyzed the coordination in the basis of classification standard of coordination degree. The results show that the three benefits of land utilization from 2003 to 2011 in Guiyang city showed an increasing trend on the whole, it reached balanced state in 2008, the coordination of land use benefit had gradually developed from incongruous state into maximal consistent state. In recent years, Guiyang City was no longer blindly pursuing increasing economic benefits in the drive of ＂ecological civilization＂ , the ecological environment got more and more attention, the development of land use benefit gradually moved towards coordination and sus- tainable sate.
