摘    要:提出一种基于恒弹性合金双端固定谐振音叉式传感器的高精度电子天平软硬件解决方案。设计硬件电路实现对传感器的工作驱动与频率采集,讨论高精度电子天平软件设计的一般流程,针对不同场景下精度测量与抗干扰需要进行相应的滤波处理,并进行了电子天平的实现与测试,测试结果表明该天平有效测量精度可达10万分度以上。

Abstract:A software and hardware solution for a kind of high precision electronic balance based on Double-En ded Tuning Fork (DETF) which is made of constant elastic alloy was proposed. Hardware circuits were designed for the driving of the sensor and frequency data collection. General process of high precision electronic balance software design was discussed and corresponding filtering algorithms were implemented for precision measurement and anti-inference in different scenes. The realization and testing results of electronic balance show that the effec tive measuring accuracy could reach 1/100000.
