摘    要:分析了发电机部件采用圆柱面无键槽过盈连接的优点,对冷压与温差法装配优缺点进行了对比,从而得出发电机部件可采用温差法进行装配的结论,并提出了采用温差法装配时应该注意的事项。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the advantages of cylindrical-surface interference fit connection without keyway used in the parts of generator, compares the advantages and disadvantages of the assembly with cold compression method and temperature difference method, draws the conclusion that the temperature difference method can be used in the assembly of the parts of the generator, and puts forward some items needing attention in the assembly with temperature difference method.
