| Abstract: | Along with the rapid development of our country's information industry,the number of Internet users in China is in constant increase. Network brings us great convenient,but it also brings us some problems inevitably. The network infringement cases are common occurrences. It is urgent for China to adopt various effective measures for Standardizing the network behaviors. |
