| 摘 要： | 对图书馆读者的不良行为进行了分析,通过剖析读者不良心理形成和行为实施中的心理状态,认为图书馆一方面要提高馆员素质,另一方面要宽容对待每一位失范读者,并提出了纠正读者失范行为的具体对策和措施。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes some misconducts of library readers, and through analyzing the formation of readers’ adverse psychology and the psychological state in behaviors implementation, holds that the library should improve librarians’ quality on one hand and tolerate readers’ misconducts on the other hand, and puts forward some concrete solutions. |
