梁式自适应结构主动控制模型及实验研究

摘    要:为提高结构对外部环境的抗干扰能力 ,构造了梁式自适应结构 ,并对其主动控制进行了研究。由传感器、作动器与梁主体结构组成梁式自适应结构。基于压电材料的本构关系 ,建立了传感方程和作动方程。根据有限元方法和现代控制理论 ,建立了梁式自适应结构的动力学方程和系统的状态方程。采用最优控制理论 (L QR) ,进行了控制器设计。建立了梁式自适应结构主动控制实验系统 ,并对这类自适应结构的动力学行为及主动控制进行了实验。实验研究结果表明梁式自适应结构能够改善结构的动力学特性 ,对外界干扰具有良好的自适应性

Abstract:An active control method of an adaptive beam is presented to develop high performance structural systems with dynamic perturbations, which can be used with smart actuators and sensors to control the shape and suppress the vibrations of the flexible beam. The adaptive beam is composed of piezoelectric ceramic sensors, actuators, and a flexible beam. A sensor equation and an actuator equation were developed using the constitutive relations of piezoelectric ceramic materials. A finite element model of the structure was employed to obtain the dynamic equations of the beam. A state space model was developed using modern control theory, and a controller was designed based on the Linear Quadratic Regulator (LQR). An active control test bed for the adaptive beam was setup for experimental tests. Experimental results showed that the dynamic performance of the beam can be easily improved and that the beam system has good dynamic behavior and robustness to uncertainties and disturbance inputs.
