中国地级以上城市的职能结构研究

随着中国城市化进程的不断推进，城市职能正经历着一场快速而深刻的变革。笔者依据城市职能三要素理论，运用区位商法、纳尔逊法等研究方法，分别从城市职能规模、城市专业化部门、城市职能强度三个方面研究了我国地级以上的287个城市职能的特征。研究发现，我国城市产业结构层次整体较高，部分城市产业结构有待优化；城市职能体系尚不完善、职能过于单一；城市规模分布不均衡，地域职能分工不明显；城市职能与城市规模存在密切关系，城市职能强度随城市规模变化而变化，城市职能体系随城市规模扩大逐渐完善。

STUDY ON THE URBAN FUNCTION OF THE PREFECTURE CITIES IN CHINA

Along with the rapid development of China＆#39;s urbanization process,urban function is undergoing a rapid and profound change.In this study,location quotient and Nelson methods were used to research the characteristics of urban functions,from the three aspects as urban function scale,urban professional departments and urban function strength.The results show that the overall level of industrial structure of our country is high,but parts of the cities need to be optimized.Urban functional system has not been perfect yet,and the urban function in some cities is very single.It is imbalance on distribution of urban scale,and not obvious on regional function division of labor.There is a close relationship between the urban function and urban scale.First,the urban function intensity is changing with urban scale.Second,the urban function system is gradually improving along with expanding of the scale of cities.
