| 摘 要： | 针对水泥企业的物料管理存在着信息反馈速度慢、数据管理分散并且缺乏物料追踪,同时各相关部门之间形成“信息孤岛”,借助UML建模方法对面向MES的物料管理模块进行了分析与设计,采用C/S模式给出整个系统的设计原理、软硬件结构图、具体实现方法和运行结果.通过本系统的使用,可以对物料状态和生产实绩进行实时跟踪,可以促进企业生产过程管理等相关系统的有效运行,促进企业管理水平的提高.

| Abstract: | In view of the material management of the cement enterprise,the information is fed back slowly,and the data management is dispersed and also lacked material tracing,in which related sections become ＂information island＂.UML modeling method is used to analyze and devise the MES oriented material management.Both of the design theory and software-hardware structural charts of the whole system are presented with a pattern of Client/Server（C/S）,as well as the detailed realization method and resultss are given.By the use of this system,material state and production status can be tracked in real time,and systems correlative with enterprise production process are facilitated to run effectively,improving enterprise management level. |
