线性规划模型在复合肥配料中的应用研究

摘    要:针对复合肥配料加工问题,笔者建立了生产成本最小化的线性规划模型.首先对所给数据进行分析,发现在加工复合肥过程中必然存在水分挥发现象,然后根据国家相关规定以及化肥厂对复合肥的要求,使用线性规划模型求得复合肥配料最优方案.基于原料价格变动情况,对建立的模型进行灵敏度分析,使模型更具有适用性.

Abstract:For the process of compound fertilizer production,a linear programming model is established to minimize production costs.From an analysis of the given data,volatile phenomena of water are found in the process of fertilizer production.Then,according to national related regulations and fertilizer requirements of chemical fertilizer plant,mathematical model is applied to achieve optimum Proportioning of Fertilizer raw materials.Based on changes in the prices of raw materials,range analysis is presented to make the model more applicable.
