论营造高原过水湖泊--新若尔盖湖

为了有效配合并满足“南水北调”西线工程在若尔盖湿地黄河段的过水要求,为开辟黄河南干流形成合理的源区布局,应当营造高原过水性湖泊——新若尔盖湖.面对若尔盖沼泽湿地严重沙化和退化的现实,主动造湖不失为一项保护和完善若尔盖湿地的生态工程,借此可形成一个以新若尔盖湖为中心的国际湿地生态旅游风景区.

Constructing New Rouergai Lake Connected with Yellow River in Eastern Tibetan Plateau

In order to meet the need that water in the West Route of South-to-North Water Transfer Project could flow in file Rouergai Wetland part of the Yellow River. and to make a rational distribution of sources for the creation of a South Mainstream. the authors put forward a new idea that a New Rouergai Lake should be constructed, then a part of the Yellow River could be replaced by the New Rouergai Lake in eastern Tibetan Plateau. Against the serious desertification and reduction of the Rouergai Wetland. it is a new ecological project for the protection and promotion of the Rouergai Wetland, In the near future, the New Rouergai Lake and all around, including many Tthetan towns and villages, could be combined in the most wonderful and international wetland ecotourism centre at the eastern edge of Tibetan plateau.
