摘    要:本文研究实弹射击佩戴防弹衣的模拟靶动态应变和位移的测定、分析模拟靶实测的打击力的数据,用数值拟合方法求得模拟靶的应力分布函数,实验与计算结果基本相符;并由此可计算模拟靶承受的打击能量。本文还讨论防弹衣内填充垫层对防弹性能的影响。文中所得结果可应用于警用防弹衣系列产品的优化设计。

Abstract:In this paper the method to determine the dynamic strain and displacement of the imitative target wearing a bulletproof vest is described. The hit stress data measured from firing practice are analysed in order to establish the distributive functions of stress by using the least-squares approximation. The calcutated results are correspondent with the test data. Then the hit energy subjected by the imitative target can be estimated. How the type and thickness of shimming spacers in bulletproof vest affect on the bulletproof performance is also discussed in this paper. The results and conclusions in this paper are useful for the optimal design of bulletproof vest.
