高压水旋转射流喷嘴的外部流场数值模拟

摘    要:运用fluent软件对高压水旋转射流喷嘴的外部流场进行数值模拟。结果表明:高压水旋转射流不同于普通圆形射流,其能量不是集中在射流中心部位,而是集中在一定半径的圆环上,并具有明显的扩散现象。轴向速度从离开喷嘴后开始衰减,随着旋流强度的增加,衰减速度明显加快。模拟的结果为喷嘴参数的设计选取提供一定的理论依据,对实际工程具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:High pressure water revolving jet flow is simulated numerically by the software of fluent. The results indicate that high pressure water revolving jet is different from usual circular jet flow, and the energy is not concentrated on the core region of jet flow, but rather concentrated on the circle of certain radius with obvious diffusivity. The axial velocity starts to weaken when leaving the spray nozzle. With the increase of revolving jet flow intensity, the speed of weaken velocity will speed up obviously. The simulation result provides certain theory basis for the design of nozzle parameters and has certain guiding significance to the actual project.
