摘    要:采用逐渐驯化法对Lactobacillus.acidophilus Ind-1、L.acidophilus Bulqaria和L.acidophilus Lak-cid进行了有氧驯化,获得了L.acidophilus La-XH1和L.acidophilus La-XH3两耐氧菌株.形态学观察,两株菌落呈圆形,隆起,乳白色,光滑,直径1~2 mm.显微镜观察,该菌为革兰氏阳性菌,杆状,两端钝圆,以单个、成双和短链出现,不运动,无鞭毛,无分支.可以发酵单糖和双糖,而对多糖、醇类无发酵性.

Abstract:The anion binding properties of diamide derivatives of pyrrole-2,5-diacetic acid 1-4 in different solvents were investigated, using ^1H NMR titration techniques. Compounds 1-4 are shown to be effective receptors for oxo-anions in acetonitrile-d3 solution, with comparable binding affinities to those found for simple pyrrole-2,5-dicarboxamides, despite possessing a more flexible hydrogen bonding array. However, they display reduced affinities for all the anions studied in a more competitive solvent, DMSO-d6, as compared to the association constants measured in acetonitrile-d3.
