压电式传感器的特性分析

摘    要:通过压电式传感器与电感式传感器的特性对比,得出压电式传感器的电压衰减所引起的误差是压电式粗糙度测量仪一般只能提供被测表面单参数值的模式,而不能提供被测表面的轮廓曲线的主要原因。要完善压电式粗糙测量仪的特性并扩大其使用范围,应选择电压衰减小的压电式传感器,并合理设计压电式粗糙度测量仪系统和配置方案。

Abstract:Through the com parison of the features of the piezoelectric transducer and the inductive transducer,this paperpoints outthatthe m ain cause w hy the piezoelectric roughness -m easuring instrum entcan'tprovide the profile curve but the single analogous param eter of the m easured surface is the errors caused by the voltage attenuation of the piezo- electric transducer.In order to im prove the features of the piezoelectric roughness -m easuring instrum ent and enlarge its range of use,the piezoelectric transducer with less voltage attenuation should be selected,and the system and allocation should be rationally designed.
