摘    要:为了研究典型铝合金材料在多次冲击载荷下的响应规律,基于落锤冲击试验机进行了7075-T7351铝合金试样多次冲击试验,采用控制变量法研究冲击能量、冲击次数以及缺口对材料冲击性能的影响.通过分析多次冲击过程中载荷、吸收功、塑性变形以及冲断次数的变化规律,研究了材料在多次冲击载荷下的冲击响应.结果表明:7075-T7351铝合金多次冲击过程中硬化现象明显,冲击次数、冲击能量以及缺口等对材料的冲击性能有重要影响.

Abstract:Repeated-impact experiments of 7075-T7351 are carried out based on drop weight impact testing machine. The effects of impact energy, impact times and notch on the impact properties of material are studied by using the control variable method, The impact properties of materials under multiple impact loads were studied by analyzing the variation of load, absorbed energy, plastic deformation and punching times. The results show that the hardening phenomenon of 7075-T7351 is obvious during repeated impacts, and the impact times, energy and notch have important effects on the impact properties of material.
