| 摘 要： | 科研院所是知识创新的主体。近年来，宁波市科研院所的科技创新能力不断增强，与区域企业、产业结合日趋紧密，逐步为产业结构优化升级提供科技支撑。文章针对宁波市级科研机构科技创新情况展开分析，进一步了解全市市级科研院所的创新能力，存在的问题和不足。

| Abstract: | Scientific research institute is the main research institutions＇ scientific and technological body of knowledge innovation. In recently years, scientific innovation capability continue to enhance, and regional enterprises, industries are becoming increasingly closer integration, optimization and upgrading of industrial structure step by step to provide scientific and technological support in our city. In this paper, Ningbo science and technology research institutions to analyze the situation to learn more about the city＇s municipal scientific research institutes of the innovation capability, clear the existing problems and shortcomings. |
