| Abstract: | Some chemical matter or structural composition can be used as antigen and their orientation and distribution can be determined by using marked antibody.This is called the techniques of immune tissue and cytochemistry.The techniques can be applied widely in the test and supervision of food industry,environment protection,medical diagnosis,agriculture and animal husbandry. |
