六种食用植物油对啶虫脒增效作用的研究

摘    要:为探究植物乳油是否对化学农药有增效作用,本试验将棉籽油、葵花油、玉米油、豆油、花生油和芝麻油的乳油分别稀释成5.00mL/L、3.33mL/L和2.00mL/L的溶液,并分别与啶虫脒(1.25mL/L、1.00mL/L、0.67mL/L、0.50mL/L、0.33mL/L、0.25mL/L)混合,采用浸渍法处理供试麦蚜,24小时后调查死亡率,分析植物油乳油对啶虫脒的增效作用.结果表明这六种植物油对啶虫脒有很好的增效作用.棉籽油5.000mL/L、3.333mL/L对啶虫脒的增效作用十分显著,其增效倍数2.5以上;花生油、芝麻油、葵花油5.000mL/L、葵花油3.333mL/L、2.000mL/L,豆油5.000mL/L、3.333mL/L对啶虫脒的增效作用也较明显,增效倍数在1.7-2.0之间;花生油3.333mL/L,玉米油5.000mL/L、3.333mL/L,豆油2.000mL/L对啶虫脒也有不错的增效作用,其余的植物油对啶虫脒也有一定的增效作用,但效果较小.同种植物油对啶虫脒的增效效果与浓度呈正相关关系.

Abstract:In order to study the effect of plant oil to pesticide,the oils,cottonseed oil,sunflower oil,corn oil,soybean oil,peanut oil and Sesame Oil wree diluted to 1.25 mL/L、1.00 mL/L、0.67 mL/L、0.50 mL/L、0.33 mL/L、0.25 mL/L,respectively,and were added to cetamiprid(1.25 mL/L、1.00 mL/L、0.67 mL/L、0.50 mL/L、0.33 mL/L、0.25 mL/L).Then Schizaphis graminum were treat using the method of dipping.The result indicated that the six oils can all improve the effect of cetamiprid.The cottonseed oil has the highest positive effect,it can make the effect improve more than 2.5 times;then soybean oil,peanut oil and Sesame Oil can reach 1.7-2.0 times.Especially,the effect was related with the concentration of the oils.
