Abstract:Through the investigation and analysis on readers in newspapers and periodicals reading room of Shaoxing Library,this paper probes into the satisfaction degree of readers for the environment of the reading room and all services of the library,makes meticulous statistical analysis on readers’personal information,and reading behavior,etc.,and integrates the the opinions and suggestions of readers.
