| 摘 要： | 报告肾盂离断成形术后再手术患者13例.其中7例再次行肾盂离断成形术,3例行肾切除,2例行UPJ瘢痕松解术,1例行肾盂成形术.根据病理检查认为引起肾盂离断性成形手术失败的主要原因为吻合口设计不当、感染.建立宽敞的吻合口和预防感染是再手术成功的关键.

| Abstract: | Thirteen casesre-treated with open procedure after failed dismembered pyeloplasty were presented. 7cases were re-treated with dismembered pyeloplasty. 3 were nephrocetomy. 2 were scartissue resection and one was pyeloplasty. The risk factors for dismembered pyelolastyfailure were improperly ureteropelvic anastomose and infection. Wide open ureteropelvicanastomosis and preventing infection can raise the success rate. |
